Return Policy

  1. Physical Magazines:
    • Returns are only accepted if the magazine is received in a damaged or defective condition.
    • To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • The magazine must be in its original condition and packaging.
    • We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect for verification purposes.
  2. Digital Magazines:
    • Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not applicable once the purchase is completed and the magazine is downloaded or accessed.

Refund Policy

  1. Physical Magazines:
    • If a return is approved due to damage or defect, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement magazine at no extra cost.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  2. Digital Magazines:
    • Refunds are not provided for digital magazine purchases unless there is a technical issue that prevents access to the content. In such cases, please contact us at support@aapkiadira.com within 48 hours of purchase.
  3. Subscription Plans:
    • Refunds for subscriptions will only be considered if cancellation is requested within 3 days of the purchase date, provided no issues of the magazine have been accessed or downloaded.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Single Issue Purchases:
    • Cancellation of single-issue purchases is not permitted once the payment is processed.
  2. Subscriptions:
    • You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at support@aapkiadira.com within 3 days of purchase for a refund (if no magazine issues have been accessed).
    • After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be stopped from auto-renewing.
  3. Order Cancellations by Us:
    • Aap Ki Adira reserves the right to cancel any order or subscription if the payment is not completed, or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified via email in such cases.
